Maca Honey

Maca Honey is a slow infusion of maca root (Lepidium meyenii) and vanilla (Vanilla planifolia) into raw wildflower honey. Maca is a Peruvian cruciferous root vegetable cultivated above 4,000 meters in the Andes — one of the few food plants that thrives at that altitude. It has been used for centuries by indigenous Peruvian communities to support energy, fertility, and resilience at high altitude. Our maca is gelatinized (pre-cooked) for digestibility, then slow-infused at ambient temperature to preserve the honey's enzymatic activity, beneficial bacteria, and raw nutritional profile. Vanilla adds depth and supports the body's natural stress response.
