Our products are general formulas designed for broad seasonal and daily support. A custom formula is built specifically for your body, your health history, and your goals — the same way we formulate in clinical practice. Custom formulas can address more specific or complex needs.
No. The consultation is available to anyone, whether you're a current patient, a Human Nature customer, or completely new to us. We offer both in-person visits in Portland and virtual consultations.
An initial consultation is typically 60–90 minutes. Follow-up visits are 30–45 minutes. We take the time to understand your full picture before making recommendations.
