We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we are exploring for the future, but we do not offer it today.

• Free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $65 or more.
• Below that, standard shipping is a flat $7.95.
• Your final shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm PT on weekdays typically ship the same day.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. You can check the status of an order any time on our order status page.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email us at hello@shophumannature.com and we will help.

Subscription orders ship on the cadence shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each upcoming shipment, and you can skip, pause, or cancel from your account dashboard at least 48 hours before the next shipment.
