• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm PT on weekdays typically ship the same day.
• Free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $65 or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $7.95.
• Your final shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at hello@shophumannature.com within 30 days of delivery.

• Unopened products in original condition may be returned for a full refund.
• Opened products may be eligible for a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

When you subscribe to a product, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency you selected.

• Subscribers receive a discount on all subscription orders. The discount and billing cadence are set per formula and are shown on the product page and at checkout before you confirm.
• You will receive a reminder email 7 days before each upcoming shipment.
• You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for the current cycle.

Practitioner and wholesale pricing is available to licensed healthcare providers and qualified retail partners. Accounts are subject to approval and may be revoked if terms are violated.

• Practitioner pricing is for professional use and patient recommendations only, not for resale below our published retail price.
• Wholesale orders may have minimum order requirements and separate payment terms.

All content on the Site — including text, images, product names, logos, formulas, and designs — is the property of Human Nature and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Clackamas County, Oregon.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
