orders & shipping
Free standard shipping on orders with a subtotal of $65 or more. Below that, standard shipping is a flat $7.95. Your final shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days. Orders placed before 12 pm PT on weekdays typically ship the same day.
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is something we’re exploring for the future.

An oxymel is an herbal preparation made by steeping whole herbs in raw apple cider vinegar and raw honey. The tradition dates back to Hippocrates and has been used continuously for over 2,000 years. Our oxymels steep for a full four weeks, start to finish.
One teaspoon (5 mL) daily, straight or stirred into warm water or tea. Morning is ideal, but any time of day works.
Each oxymel comes in a 16 oz bottle with 96 × 5 mL (1 teaspoon) servings — about three months of daily use. Arrabina (our fiber supplement) is available in 8 oz (38 servings) and 16 oz (75 servings) sizes.
No. Our oxymels use a raw apple cider vinegar and raw honey base, not an alcohol-based tincture. They are non-alcoholic. We also make tinctures, which contain alcohol — currently available in clinic.

Each formula ships at the start of its season: Rise in March, Bloom in June, Ground in August, Release in September, and Restore in December.
