Restore is rebuilt around Schisandra berry (Schisandra chinensis) — Wu Wei Zi, the five-flavor berry, a classic Kidney-astringent traditionally used to secure Jing, the body's constitutional reserve. Yin Yang Huo (Epimedium) carries the warming Kidney Yang side of the formula. Devil's Club root bark (Oplopanax horridus), from an Indigenous-led harvester, is a potent Pacific Northwest adaptogen used here in small proportion. Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum) warms the Kidney Yang and supports circulation to the body's core. Hawthorn berry and rosehip form the seasonal base shared across the collection, and apple adds prebiotic fiber and gentle sweetness. Slow-steeped for four weeks.
